Very disappointing service. I went there to purchase a Keeler magnifying loupe. After trying several loupes, although I was not completely satisfied with optical quality, finally I selected one and was almost about to purchase. But they got the loupes in to the wrong boxes and made a confusion regarding the model I selected. There is no way to identify the model just looking at the device. And they didn’t have any other copies of the particular model. So it looks like they just keep few samples and trying to sell them off. What a shame for a so-called reputed company? I finally cancelled my purchase and went away after wasting about an hour with them. Only good thing was that the staff was quite friendly.
