I went to salon Miracles for keratin treatment (shoulder length). The first time she did it the outcome was horrible. It was not even straight ( worse than before). Then she agreed to redo it and it worked this time but as promised she did not do it upto the shoulder length. She did it a bit less than shoulder length and when I questioned she said this is what shoulder length is! Nice lady but very poor service - not worth it for the money paid.
