I bought a sim card from Mobitel at the airport and I was very happy with the service. I stopped in their office to ask a question about messages I'd been receiving and coverage. The customer service representative was very patient in answering my questions and gave me additional helpful information. She explained that I could purchase the tickets for my train trip using my phone and have the tickets printed at their office. This was super convenient for me.

The service is at mobitel is not that great, no proactive approach, SLT gentlemen was very helpful , the gentlemen who served me at mobitel was good too, it just the overall approach could have been better, you had to wait when lot's of agents were doing nothing, hope things will improve These are difficult times Stay safe & well

For million dollar company, can't afford to do a reliable App, quality of the data app so poor, look like first timer build app,itservice is not available, Also Instead of you charge 99 or ending number with Packages you rather charge 100 add 0 to those packages,we never get that one rs, imagine you doing that to 1milion ppl everyday, don't blame on the sales man's, this is kind of like deal you give them, You keep saying no like Dialog 1 network please explain to us how this no one procedure works? No yearly data plans, it's happening all over the world, you should put that on your list?? Could do better
