Expensive but worthed
Place is good with adequate equipment and friendly staff. It gets a little crowded after 5pm but usually no long waiting times. They offer aerobic classes too. Women and young adults also can enjoy working out here.
Looking to work out in Colombo for 1 day? Daily pass is 500 LKR, which is by far the cheapest I'd find around the whole center area of Colombo. Go there! Gym is a bit old school from here and there, but really spacious, has A/C and all the equipment you need.
Big gym with all equipment needed for a good workout. The equipment is not brand-new but definitely good enough. Entrance fee is 500 rupee for a day pass.
