Had the worst experience. They promised to deliver some medicines to my office since my living area is under curfew. With great struggle i went to office just to get my medicines and they didn't deliver. They stopped answering my calls during that time. Then next day i called and they told me that their courier called me several times and i didn't answer. That's a big lie because i was expecting the delivery i kept the phone in my hand all day. I don't fuss if this was some other delivery but they are doing this with medicines. This is no joke.

Please avoid this place for any essential medicine buying. They promised to deliver 31st July but not delivered even on 1st of August. They simply cheat you giving false promises. Operational manager called and asked to deliver on 4th. What a joke? Is it the operanal excellence you want to achieve ? If I was the manager I will take step to deliver it immediately at whatever cost. Thats called customer care. These guys having zero customer care. Better avoid for any essential medicine buying. They promised for refund. Hope at least that will process ontime.
