Mystore.lk is no longer there. Phone number advertized in Google business page is not working Since they doesnt answer the phone i have visited the place. there is a different shop called Catchme.lk Mystore.lk shows products as "in stock" but when i visited the place those items were out of stock. luckily i didnt pay online and ordered online only after visiting their place i have noticed the reviews on this page.

Very poor service. Placed an order on 5th of September 2019 and the respective good hasn't delivered yet. Through this has been informed to refund money, until now didn't refunded. No responds for reminders also. Really poor service
Wanted to buy a iPhone from Mobile Planet on MyStore and they kept increasing the price everytime I asked. lol. They probably sell off F stock as new. BEWARE.
The same bunch of scamming guys at MyDeals run this place. If you really want to buy from this place, put cash on delivery. Never pay in advance. The products they have listed are out of stock and they will say you will get a refund. But after months of waiting, I had to complaint to CAA and email the CEO to get my money back.
Don't order any thing from them. Now there is any one to answer your calls or emails. Still I'm waiting form my Refrigerator which I ordered on 17 Sep 2019.(OrderID: MYD831867). I think the company is bankrupt. I'm trying to recover my loss from the credit card company. I used to place orders through them in 2018 and 2017. I think this failure happened since mid 2019.
I was Order floor mats with delivery 21 of October, order should come 30 October. Today 22 November and still nothing! Nobody call me! Call center not working. Think that i will contact police
I ordered a power bank on 29th of july still i didn't receive the item very bad customer service don't buy from them. When i call them every day cheating. There i a lady call "Jessica" in customer care call center of them. She told that will get within 3 working days. When will their 3 days come? I even don't like to give 1 star
I’ve visit here to collect what I bought from their website. Unfortunately when I get there, it wasn’t already in the shop. Their solution was to wait for few days. I wait for a whole week and walk in to collect it, unfortunately until that, they didn’t brought it to the shop. Then I had to come there again in the next day. But, it was useless. Finally they have sent it to the hotel where I was. But, they’ve should do like this. Purchasing online and post it or courier it will take few days, that’s fine and it’s normal in Sri Lanka. But, what they’ve done wasn’t good. Should not do like this. Because time is important for everyone. If cannot do it, that option should not be in the website.
