Good station. all the Trains in KV line stops here

Quite a large Railway station which people use to go to Maharagama,Homagama,Padukka,Awissawella and on the other hand to Maradana Colombo fort. Trains available in the morning and evening. Maintenance is at a good level. Clean place.Bit busy in the evening and morning.
Very nice and large station. Very crewd at morning & everning. Trains are available to go kotta road, baseline road, maradana and colombo fort from here around 6.23am to 8.30am.After that Trains are available to go nugegoda, maharagama, pannipitiya, kottawa, from here around 6.23am to 8.30am.homagama, waga, padukka, awissawella from here to around 9.00am to 8.18pm. Last train to maradana will leave from here around 9.03pm. This is very important to near civilian to reach kotta road, baseline road, maradana and colombo fort because there are not buses to reach above places after 8.30pm.
Very busy place in morning and evening office times
More and more people use for their day to day travel Very easy way to access in Narahenpita area. But train available morning and evening. Office time only 1 or 2 train are running.
I'm passing that station on my way to office. It's a one of main station in the awissawella railway.
To go to Maharagama, Kottawa,Homagama,Padukka or Awissawella, this is the most efficient transport solution.
This train station is a large one now. Surrounding is nice. At peak hours such as morning and evenings this place is crowded with people. When there are no buses at night, it would be nice to check there are trains to reach from here I think. Seating available - but not enough when crowded. Place needs to improve on facilities. No parking available. Wheelchair accessible entrance available. No wheelchair accessible parking available.
