The #scandal you tried to play with Frimi truly disappointed us! You should have not chnge policies just one night before and charge annual fees for a debit card which you promised as free! Shame!
Worst service ever. I requested them to cancel my amex card even before activation. I haven't used the card once. After one year, they have sent me a bill of Rs.1900. How come they charge me if the card is cancelled? I tried contacting Amex card call centre, waited for 40 minutes but still no one answered. NTB Amex card is a SCAM.

I want to early settle my car lease just 01 month before . My lease amount was 105,000/ (Including interest) but they said early settlement will be 108,000/. End of the transaction they charged 111,500/ from my account. Be careful guys NTB beggars are charging your hard earned money. BE CAREFUL!!! Update: I sent 07 emails to the customer care and my agent. No one care After I emailed to the NTB chairman with a email trail. After that one of their Assistant manager called me and promised to recorrect this. After that ( within 24 hours ) they reversed money to my bank account.
