Booked for triple bed family room, room is spacious although bathroom could have been slightly bigger. Courteous staff , helped with the luggage and gave info on nearby sightseeing places. They take complete booking amount during check-in, which we found unusual as throughout our Srilanka tour, payment was done while check out. Pros: Location- nearby to all sightseeing and shopping places. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast included- they serve it in the room between 8am-9am. 3 slices of toasted bread, butter, jam, omlette/fried egg, whole plate of fresh cut fruits, yoghurt, bottled juice & bottled water. 24/7 hot water available Great WiFi connection Clean room and bathroom. For Indians- there is an Indian restaurant nearby (100 mts) which serves good food. For a budget hotel, we got a good deal. Cons: Its sea facing property but cannot enjoy the view/ promenade as there is railway track and often noise can disturb sleep. A/C in all rooms but ceiling fans are not provided which we found little strange. TV was not working. Overall we had a good experience! 3/5

Rooms are absolutely clean. Friendly staff. Had a good breakfast. I like to go there again. I prefer a room with a sea view balcony. Its so near to the beach front you feel that you can touch it with your .
Clean, spacious rooms with excellent view of the sea, although you can't swim since it's obscured by the railway. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming, which made all the difference. Nearby local and international restaurants and nightclubs for those who love nightlife. Breakfast was great. Truly enjoyed our stay.
