Top of worst customer service finance company in Sri lanka Skill less staff managing Panadura Branch For the leasing approval they need 10days of minimum time. Meanwhile they ask many documents during that 10 days. If you wants to buy a car or etc better to give them a whole family members id numbers and id copies including your grandma & grandpa. After Valivation done by technical officer branch manager will do again another Valivation as per his technical knowledge. ( depending on his knowledge he will value your vehicle ) If you want to approve your file please make sure if you have 3 minimum number of guarantors. Think again and again before you choose them. Totally disappointed about service.

It's peoples bank major branch in borella. It not only providing banking service. They provide Financial services and other finance related services like pawing etc. Well built building. Car park available. Near the car park area, ATM's and CDM are available.
WORST SERVICE FROM NEGOMBO BRANCH. I GAVE MY CAR ENGINE REPLACEMENT WEIGTED DOCUMENTS ON 17.09.2018. NEXT DAY THEY HAVE TO GO NARAHENPITA, BUT THEY WENT ONE MONTH LATER. NOW MY DOCUMENTS MISSING. I CANNOT RUN MY CAR. I PAID RS.70,000 FOR TRANSFER FEE. IT IS WASTE. TALKED TO NEGOMBO MANAGER, HE EVEN DO NOT KNOW TALK TO A TROUBLED CUSTOMER. HE IS BLAMING ME AND ASKING ME TO GO RMV, BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE BY LEASING COMPANY .. WORST EVER PLACE FOR YOUR LEASING..
I contacted the manager for a loan on dec 2017 and agree to give a loan with 14% interest. At the beginning they didnt show me the repayment plan and told anytime I can settle back the full amount. 3 month later I contacted recovery department and they told me I can not repay at this point. If i wanted to repay they told they are going to give a penalty. So I waited another few months and went to repay full amount on oct 2018. At the end of transaction I have paid 24% plus interest. Basically they cheat me very badly. I never recommend anyone to go there for any service. We should get together to abolish these type of cheating micro finance companies
