Very good hospital....I am really happy about my dog buster got well because of them. The doctors and the staff are highly attentive and they will provide highest possible care for your pet. Charges are reasonable. Highly recommended

A place to get treatments for your pet. Helpfull staff. Costly.

I wouldn't recommend. They have a very inconsiderate staff, I hope this is not the case all the time. But in my experience these are people who are supposed to be caring and proactively involved to take care of their patient, which I did not see. This can lead to mistakes and we realized that we couldn't take that chance so we switched to a different place which went well.

It's okay, but compared to the treatment and attention Snow, our doggie, got about 2 years ago, The stray kitten I took on Thursday and today didn't receive such attention. And while it's nice that they charge less for treating homeless/stray animals, the hospital charges amount to 280 (for literally keeping them inside for 5-10 mins?) And doctor's professional level 1 (I think that's the lowest) charges are 350. Which is decent I suppose. Except not every doctor (running their own veterinary center, mind you) charges 580 for 5-10 mins of their time. I'd say It's still a good place that will care for your pet although I know I can find more cost effective places especially since, for me this is too expensive to be sustainable. I'll be trying out a different place next time (have the records with me now), maybe the government vet service in Embuldeniya. Have to go before 10 am for that, Mon to Saturday but they are very experienced and only charge for medication.

I took my 2 year old persian cat to this AWFUL hospital after a tragic dog attack. These lairs said the reports were ABSOLUTELY NORMAL and hes internal organs are functioning well AND HE WILL GET WELL IN A MONTH!! I was so happy and I prasied these lairs for saving my cat. After 2-3 weeks of expensive treatments, I realized my cat was not getting better. And took him to best care in nawala. Soon after I gave his reports they confirmed showing me the cd report they gave that hes not going to make it due to all the damages in his his internal organs and they were crushed AND NO PROPER AND ACCURATE TREATMENTS WERE GIVEN and he was in so much PAIN THE ENTIRE TIME!!. These heartless lairs had given him ONLY ANTIBIOTICS and took my money!! MY INNOCENT CAT SUFFERED 2 WEEKS BECAUSE OF THEIR GREED!!!! I hope ALL OF YOU HEARTLESS GREEDY LIARS ROT IN HELL!!!!

Quick to suggest euthanization. Suggested to 2 pets I have taken. The most recent kitten that I have rescued from the road they didnt tell me the correct foos that needed to be given. Later when the kitty was dying a senior vet tells me that's not what I should have been giving without knowing that it was suggested by her own vets. Negligence in this kind of service is intolerable as it is between life and death. Going to pet vet is a gamble. And it is also very costly and waste of money if they are not giving the advice that is needed to be given.
