I gave 4 stars instead 5, as they are Suzuki authorized dealer in Sri Lanka they are giving good service for the Suzuki cars. But when I went for service my car at last time they did good job except when they handling car parts. If I explained it... One of the guy remove rear side break drum and instead of putting down slowly he let go the drum like one feet above the floor, those are mild steel or cast iron things and can be damage. And other thing I was observed, at any service stations they should know at every time of the service time its a good to rotate the tyre in cross pattern or just front to rear and rear to front bit they didn't until I told them. Other wise everything are good.
I had repaired my vehicle alto 800cc from pitstop matara branch. There is no tyre damages in my car. They exchanged my tyres to damaged tyres.. Vehicle examiner garanted that my vehicle is on good condition before i serviced it on pitstop matara branch. Such a shameless doing means they exchanged tyres to damaged same model tyres which were used. I will complain this kind of shameless activity to consumer authority. All know 12 size of tyres are rare in srilanka. and also i can take leagally action because it is obvious they have thoughtfully removed my vehicle front tyres to make have the possibility of facing accidents and giving disturbances to the customer. There is no trust on with your company hereafter. Shameless.

Very poor professional quality in the management of this place. I got a prior booking more than a week ago and few days before the appointment, they call and informed that they are closed on that day. If the operational staff does not know whether the office is working or closed, i cannot imagine how they provide a quality service. This observation is common in recent past. earlier this was a very good and professional place and it is no longer now.
Very good service. Appreciate it.
