I have no desire to leave a bad review, but faced disappointment with my last super supreme pizza. I have lodge a complaint on the hotline due to the bad experience because was concerned about the next customer who wants to try this and enjoy this. However I do APPRECIATE Havelock Town shift manager MISS ANOMA, who went extra mile to keep their standard, not with a simply apology but delivering the same pizza for free correcting their previous mistake. Which I refused it several times and only made a request - kindly treat the next customer good and serve them better. Still she insisted to deliver us the pizza for free to make us happy and remain forever with their business. I do appreciate the way she dealt this scenario, Its always about your customer and your responsibility. She deserves better recognition in the branch.

I am usually happy for pizza hut. They maintain a good standard of quality in the food. This outlet looks great, clean tidy. Staff were frendly and helpful . Pizzas were fresh tasty and yummy.
It was a good service while taking the order. I was asked to wait in my car till theorder was ready, as promised it was delivered to the car. On reaching Mt Lavinia whete I reside, when we were ready for dinner and opened up the stuff, it was not what I had ordeted as a side dish. Staff has to be a bit more careful while delivering the orders.
Food was good but service could definitely improve. Staff was very grumpy and took forever to take our order.
Good place. Small area for a quick bite. Not good for large gathering Also less Parking. Have to use road sides I guess. Afterall the service remains same.

Very poor service, Take away handled through a opening in the wall, Uber Eats PickMe pickup guys climbing all over you. No proper protocal in place or Covid19 regulations. Very poorly handling regular custimers. Had ask for Tomato Sauce. Had to ask for my Credit Card after waitung for over 5-7 mnts after getting my food
