Came to prime finance from Kandy Branch , Kandy Branch said that we have all the required docs upon checking and Colombo branch said we don't therefore we had to go back to Kandy again and collect some documents. Our time was wasted. They have to inform their customers what they need so customer won't have to waste his time.
