I just had an absolutely horrible experience. This place is owned by a couple who have no idea about customer service. They employ trainee level designers who don't even know how to handle basic functions of photoshop and charge customers 1000 rupees per hour for designing. Absolute rip-off given that I found myself teaching their designers !! When I complained to the owners their response was, if you don't want then leave!!! I waisted 1.5 hours of my time and 500/- rupees for nothing!

employees of this place have no idea what they are doing. Even though they're a printing company, people who are working there have no idea which printer is working and which is not. if you print less number of copies they charge 5/- per single side paper. Lady who is in cashier is always has a double face and is like we are trying to steal something from her. And Did not issue an invoice for me today.
