Tried calling them. No response. Went to the office on a working day, office closed. Why do they even have an office in colombo ? At least try maintaining a customer care hotline.

Today i came to buy tickets. After filling all details and fixing dates when it came to payment they dont accept VISA debit cards....... told they accept only Credit cards.. 1st time i saw a place like this. If they told me earlier or there is a notice,i would have saved my time . Parking is not enough too..
Simply I had a very bad experience here. There isn't any problem with the flight or services I received at the flight but this is regarding the boarding officers of Qatar Airways who were at the airport.They made indeterminate fear about everything. They had not proper understanding of the current regulations about Covid-19 and was trying to work on their hypothesis about those policies. It was more like they were finding a way to stop our boarding. Sometimes they had an attitude to ignore the relevant country's official website's information when we were showing them to them. It was very stressful experience for us at the starting point. I came to qatar for the transit then the officers were very good compared to the ofiicers in Sri Lanka. As well as in Canada also immigration officers were good thousand times more than them . All the phobia they were trying to make inside our minds at the Katunayaka was an utter lie. I have never experienced such cruel, unfriendly, authoritative attitude from anyone else through out the journey.. And not for me but I have heard how they were talking to other people with such an aristocrat way. That was disgusting. Such officers are shame for Qatar airways and for Sri Lanka too. This 1 star is for Qatar airways flight and its services only. Otherwise there isn't point of giving at least one star for them.
This is the Qatar airline colombo office. Customer care agent who attend to my query is very polite and helpful. There was not much crowd at the time I visit, hence only 2 agents were there.

They are five star airlines connection is also good and some times if we call for a work they tell contact this person and that person no proper solution is given by them. Please have a note on this and please add your system to non BSP Agent as well we can't beg all the times for fares from IATA agent
