iPhones are not brand new. The box is sealed by them or someone else but not by apple company. After buying, after 6 months the phone started to resist wifi. And when i tried on a new update, due to the wifi problem, os failed and I couldn’t turn on. It took 6weeks for them to give me a new unit. Very unprofessional. When we feel like we should look for another shop, they try to talk with us and keep us there to continue on the business. One of them even agreed to come to the atm with me also. It feels very insecure to deal with them. Even though the phone price is less, after buying when we want a tempered glass or something, they have the highest price. They try to increase their profit that they lost from selling the mobile. Not handling customers well and not fulfilling customer needs. Really disappointed.

Really dissapointed about after sale service. I came here on a sunday to buy a headset for my friend & it was not properly worked when he used that at night.monday evening we went to q-tel to change it back but they said that there is no error. once we ask for money in return they refused it. When they were selling they told that there is a six month warrenty for the product. Not only that ,when they sell they will talk to you like your family member.but if there is a fair problem comes they do not even care it. I higherly recommend to customers that dont go here buy stuffs. Such a poor service and dissapointed about them
