We book a day trip from Colombo. We outlined the type of tour we wanted and Recharge Travel provided us an itinerary. Which is the best tour i have been in my life time. Also the Driver/Guide is very polite and gave us informative services with a nice smile. Overall we got a high class service from Recharge Travels. Hats off to your team work guys. I visited Srilanka with my family and booked cab through recharge travels. On my travel date no call from driver and also driver came 2 hours late then my booking time. Ruined my journey. arrogant and undisciplined driver. Roshan from recharge couldnt do anything just gave false promises. Please dont book thru them I request you all
So I had a horrible experience with them, and I know multiple other people from my community who had gathered for a religious congregation will give them a negative rating too They overbooked for tours in and around Colombo. My driver instead of arriving at 6 am, came at 9 am after multiple calls to the office, and I heard similar things happened to other people too I then demanded for my refund since I had paid up full, and they were nice enough to give it bAck and offer me a free city tour (which is the only reason why I am giving them a 2 star rating). Anyways, my family decided we still wanted to do the water rafting tour we had initially booked. I called the guy in charge And negotiated that I would only pay at the end Of the trip after I was happy with their service and my experience As expected, upon arriving in kitulgula we waited for 5 hours and couldn’t get to do the rafting for which they had initially signed us up for. I eventually signed up with another company and then just paid them for transport. Very disappointed in their service, Communication and compensation. Multiple other people were stuck because they had not demanded for a refund. Would never book with them again
I am extremely sad to inform you that Recharge tours have ruined my trip to srilanka. Bad drivers, arrogant staff and zero service from you all have left me with hatred to your company and staff specially Roshan. I will inform our counterpart Bohra conference organizing committee not to provide you stall or booking in our next event. I ll make sure you black listed. We paid you full and didn't receive any service and didn't enjoy our trip due to your driver extremely bad behavior. We will also send videos photos of driver behavior to travel and tourism of Sri lanka.

Vry bad experience....pickup timing n rafting timing more than 3 hrs....big liars n cheaters If the option for more less star I could. Worst way to see srilanka
Our driver Dinesh drove us from Sigyria to Ella. He was really nice and he drove pretty safely which is uncommon in Sri Lanka. Although we changed plans and we left 1h after it was planned, he was patient and flexible. The journey was pleasant, I highly recommend this agency and Dinesh as a driver in particular! Thanks!
Transfer to hotel.Our flight (Qatar airways) was 5 hours late. Our driver waited the whole time . Found us and took us to our hotel. Fast, safe , courteous and professional driving.
