Ordered an item. Had to confirm it twice, sent a message to reconfirm. On the day I needed the item, no answer..... didn't receive the item. They didn't even tell me that they cant bring it, if they did, i could have arranged something else. the guy who took my order called me once after I tried calling, and told me that he arranged it, and asked if we didn't receive it. I told no, and no answer after that as well.
