I ordered a Bride-themed gift box for a friend from Rhoda and they exceeded my expectations! Although I had placed the order on very short notice, they were able to accommodate my requests. They were even kind enough to add complimentary coconut rocks to the box, even though I hadn't asked for it. My friend end up with a box that consisted of a beautifully scented candle, a personalised notebook and pen, an inspirational card holder and a bridal pouch. I was satisfied with the items but my only concern was that it was a little pricey. However, Rhoda's good customer service including the lovely Bernadette's patient input when it came to helping me decide on the items, more than made up for it. Kudos, Team Rhoda! :)

Rowena and her team were nothing short of amazing! My sisters and I came across their page on instagram and literally have the team less than a days notice, and they did not even hesitate to take our order on. Everything from start to finish was so well handled and easy from a customer perspective- the initial conversation, suggesting what would go together, coordination, pickup etc. The outcome was perfect! The wrapping of the gift box, to the wood work, to the littlest details were so thoughtful and so so well done. I love their attention to detail and that they keep you in the loop throughout the process. I highly recommend Rhoda gifts and know for sure I will be placing more orders in the future!
