Extremely bad customer service at the Rocell narahenpita-nawala showroom at the tiles section. I asked for customer support and they initially refused to support. there wasn't that many customer at the showroom at that time either to withheld from supporting either. After asking several times, I finally got a customer support person to place the order. While the discussion to place the order was progressing, he treated me so low that I felt like walking away. He was more interested to answer his mobilr phone than supporting me. Then, while I was in the middle of placing the order, he picked up his wallet, car keys and walked away. I have never experienced such bad customer support in my life. Requesting the management of Rocel to fix this issue.
I went to Rocell to purchase tiles with a list provided by the basunneha. The sales executive was kind enough to check the measurements with the list. Later it revealed the list exceded the requirment by double. This is the main advantage of purchasing from a reputed firm.
The place is very attractive, but the problem is that we should have at least a Montero to ask them help, otherwise they dont care us. We have to go after them, even they dont stand up where they were and we are ignored, dont give necessary details, no any friendly faces, if a person comes from a luxury vehicle or seeing richest they go after them and they might wash their xxx. Why they pay more than us?
Good customer management. Sometimes it's not possible to get the items on accurate time.
Average customer service , excellent facility however teams need to train really well on customer service skills to make it a exceptional customer oriented place
