Visited the food court of the residence at first floor and the security to the receptionist to the waiter are courteous and quite helpful. The place is small but air-conditioned with light music, clean and feels homely. The food, although we ordered the basic rice and curry(see pic) is fairly prized, tasty and very nicely prepared. The desert is nice but is pricey as usual at any place around. All in all, I would say its quite a pleasing experience.. Would visit more often.

Can see Colombo night, Nice view on the roof top. Pool is better. Really can get some fun in this place. Another experience is See through glass here. As I feel everything is better.
Very cozy, clean and nice apartment. I booked 2 bed rooms for 3. There are even 3 restrooms in the apartment !...with kitchen and all utensils.
I loved staying at this place. The location is perfect in the city centre. The lake is nearby, so is one of the temples and the biggest shopping centre in Colombo. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well decorated and very cozy. The serviced apartments are good if you are staying with friends. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Colombo!
We stayed here around Christmas, the rooms and apartment general area was spacious, clean and super comfortable. Only slight issue was traffic noise in the bedroom facing the road. We ate breakfast in our apartment so I cannot comment on what the hotel offered. The rooftop pool area is lovely, overall superb and I would recommend!
Great find. Huge rooms and so much nicer than a hotel. We cancelled a night in Negombo and came back to Rococo we enjoyed it so much.
Just visited their restaurant to grab a soup (I was catching up cold) and their service from the security personnel to the reception was amazing. Specially the girl at the reception was really helpful.
Super comfortable. Rooms are very clean and large. A nice stay with a nice hotel ....
