My company is Dealing with 3 security systems suppliers for CCTV, Access Control, and Security Alarm system at the moment. Safrex has provided us the Access control system in 2019 which is absolutely amazing, zero breakdowns to date. Out of all 3 companies, Safrex is the best by a big margin. My company will be sticking with Safrex for a long time and will be looking to get Safrex to do the maintenance of all our security systems when the warranty ends and we will be getting rid of the other 2 companies who does not understand the meaning of "after sales service".

I have been a customer of this company for more than 6 years now. They have been providing an exceptional service. I got a CCTV system and a security alarm system for my building. both systems are very high in quality, and we had an issue just the one time for the past 6 years, which was attended by the technical staff at safrex within one hours time. The services are done in a timely manner as well. This is the first time i have nothing to complain about my security systems provider. Very good place to work and only one company is providing 24x7 after sales support. Own dedicated trained permanent staff for installation and maintenance. Well trained engineers is handling all system such as CCTV, Access control, EOD equipment, X-ray scanners and all kind of electronic security systems.
