Very unprofessional staff . Doesn’t know how to speak to a client ,very rude and ignorant and it’s highly unacceptable their behavior towards the client. When it comes to customer service Don’t keep your expectations very high if you are planning to get a service done by them because you won’t find it here . They are more concerned about how much money they are gonna fill in their pockets than providing a good customer service to meet your expectations. They don’t even care how the client was treated by their staff . Wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone

The most unprofessional staff you would ever come across. They at first take the business with all the good & attractive talking but during the wedding they pressurise us alot. We are helpless in that situation at the last moment. Think twice before you go here on ur special day. Terrible experience. Not recommending to anyone to go through such customer service.
Very bad experience with them.Need to mention that Mrs.Indumala's dressing and make up was superb.But the staff in Colombo branch was horrible (Ishara).Customer service is zero.They don't know what's the professionalism.They were arguing with my cousin brother always who was my wedding planner.Staff was so arrogant.Before two days of my wedding day,they refused come to my hotel and they charged 40,000 for coming from Colombo to Negombo.I made a deposit of 15000 for my bridesmaid's normal earings and they kept calling me for asking that and when I tell "u have my deposit" ,the answer from staff was "u r not only the bride we had,we have more".I admit it was bit late to return it.But I've never been through this much of worst customer service.Then the best part was they sent my 120,000 worth customized saree in a public transport and the staff missed the bus.All what I have mentioned is this was a worst customer service ever.But my fully credits goes to Mrs.Indumala's dressing.
My best friend faced with a very unpleasant situation with this salon.. She got them to do her bridal and I must say they did a good job with the makeup but everything else was a total disaster... She had to pay an unreasonable extra amount of LKR 40,000 for transport from Colombo to Grandeeza Hotel Negombo and they also charged a redeemable deposit of LKR 15,000 which was also taken by them since my friend,the bride, wasn’t able to return the earrings she took for the bridesmaids right after the wedding day (which is crazy really since these were only five sets of earrings and she had to pay 15,000 in total!!!) . They really need to check their conscience and learn to treat their customers with a lot more respect... :) After all, no business should be this greedy for money which is basically looting the customer...

Unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen.Even though their dressing is good , pressure they gave to my wife on our wedding planing days were unbearable.Mr and Mrs Rajapaksha were kinda nice people,but staff was useless.The way they are talking to clients was awful.As I’ve seen my wife got done her dressings for occasions from lot of higher standards beautician and the way she has dealt with their staff , when I saw the way these people dealing with clients and I got shocked.Finally I asked my wife to find an another beautician also.It went that level and we were really fed up with those staff.
