A Buddhist temple inside the growing historical and busy Colombo harbor area that gives a peaceful mind to anyone who visits. Temple build on a platform supported by two interlocking arches, the stupa is place above the Marine Drive at the entrance of the Colombo Harbour. Have a fantastic view of both ports from top of the stupa.Near the temple there is a museum that maintain by Colombo harbor with many number of historical equipments and antique items that shows the ancient story of the Sri Lanka history.

Nice to look at however the entire area seems to be surrounded with high security locations so it's a dead end even though google appears to show it as passable streets. If you walk down there you will be made to walk all the way back. Wouldnt say it's worth the return trip.
