One of the best private bank in Sri Lanka.
Worst experience with card center. It took more than a month to prepare my credit card, eventhough the card is active now they still couldn't deliver to correct branch. Card is traveling all over the country throughout different branches. Called customer care for 2 weeks, card is in a different branch each day. Sampath card center sucks.
Trying to get through to a customer care agent for last 20 minutes. Horrible service.
