In google closing time time is mentioned as 3 p.m. on saturday. I went last saturday but security guards does not let to go in @ about 2 p.m. I don t know whether the google is wrong or they were still open and did nt let me go.

Most inefficient branch I ever visited. Spend 1 hour to change my ATM card. Counter only served 2 people before me and it’s not due to crowded. Counter staff take their own time to serve present customer as they not see the queue due to Covid protocols. Pathetic experience

Never use this bank. At the time of this Corvid 19 virus Sampath bank refused to give me access to my money! What is the point of having money in the bank if you can't get it at the time of a crisis? Call every number I could only people claiming to be "security guards" answer and say so sorry bank is closed!.

365 days Sampath Bank super branch. Other than direct credit card issues you can get everything else done. Convenient time 8.30AM to 3.00PM, even on weekends. Saturday evenings are the best time, less crowd. Friendly and helpful staff. Only drawback I see evenings only one counter is operating, most of the time. Sometimes that's not enough and it looks the staff really not worrying about. Parking, ATM and cash deposit machines are available in the premises.

I really like this branch thanks for the extended opening hours. but like many have pointed out the security guards have better customer service than the staff. its not really bad but it could be improved
