Budded fruit plants can be purchased at an affordable price. They've got vegetable seeds as well. Customer service is also at a very high standard.

These little places that sell wonderful things like little plants and seeds (lungs of this planet) should never be looked down on because it is a great service to our planet. Plants are quite affordable. A wonderful Mee, Guava, Neem, Delum etc plants are Rs. 50 and some butted plants are about Rs. 200 You can also buy seeds and there is an office for information and billing. You might have to park somewhere else and walk to get here because parking is limited and difficult. So one start less.

Impure bloodheld

Well I'm a little disappointed. While there are a variety of fruit trees they all look badly maintain. Haphazardly placed next to eachother. You can get here for the few fruit bearing plants and vegetable seeds you came for but the plant nursery in kandy was 10 times better. Basic variety of vegetable seeds only available. Unfortunately while its the only place like it close by it doesn't meet the mark.
