Incident no 01 on Mother's day My son ordered flowers and cup cake on Mothers day as a surprise and they delivered only cup cakes ( DAMAGED ). When called and requested to speak to CEO or one of the Directors, the lady who answered the phone refused to give the no or to connect me to the CEO because they wanted to cover this problem. Normally, what we do is, we take photographs of what he send and forward those to the country where he is living and when we did that only we knew that he has sent Flowers too. If we did not check like this, they would have taken DOLLARS from my son and just kept quiet. Incident no 02 on Mother's Day My son had ordered 3 bundles of Flowers and cake to my wife on the MOTHER'S DAY and the delivered only one bundle and the cake ( DAMAGED). As soon as I received I took a photograph and sent to my son who in turn informed me that he sent 3 bundles of Flowers. Then I managed to contact the Driver who delivered the item and informed him regarding this. Then he checked the vehicle and informed me that there were two more in the vehicle and he came once again and delivered other two. If I did not point out he wouldn't have delivered the balance two. I suggest everybody to check with sender and ensure that you have received all the item for what money has been paid. My 2nd suggestion is, Request who ever is sending gift etc to send money direct to you and go and buy what ever you want from anywhere you want with out allowing 3rd party to disappoint you on special day and also not to waste hard earn money of the sender. The value of these two orders is around Rs 15,000/ There Service is very poor.There is no body to follow up. Management is not interested to give a satisfactory service to the customer.
Terrible service to be honest. I called to place and order and the guy who answered said something about the head office and just hung up before I said a word. A professional store like this needs more attention in training employees on the basics of customer service. Very disappointed
