Horrible Service! Gave a device to be fixed and took over two weeks more than initially estimated. When I went over to collect the device, the exterior was far more battered up than how I gave it to be fixed. Several scratches, scuffed up areas due to careless handling. Some parts that were present when I handed the device over were missing when they returned it and I had to convince them to go look for them after which they did find the missing pieces. Their excuse for their shortcomings was my device was fixed by a trainee technician and these things happen. All of these were said by a bunch of their staff members casually lazing about cracking jokes and having a pretty good time of their own. Disappointing service from what is said to be one of Singer's official service centres. Won't return there in a hurry. They don't even deserve the one star I've given them. Please DON'T take your devices here!

The service personnel should pay attention to the details on the jobs assigned to them. Perhaps they lack good leadership. One needs to be proactive. Support handle not replaced. One job, two visits.
We have a singer inverter ac which is under service agreement. From last Monday water was draining from the ac and when informed they sent a team to service the ac. However while they were around water started leaking again. The team said there not equipped to carry out the repair. After many calls they sent the same team again today. The team told they just came for a visit and they don't have the equipment to carry out the repair. The lady handling the service is a big lier. She makes no attempt to fix the problem but drag it with lies I have been a loyal singer customer for the last 20 years. This episode made me lose all confidence on singer after sale support
Worst customer service center.we should not be buying singer products.after sales service is very poor.Manger doesn’t do anything when it’s busy.he sits like a donkey eating and having tea
They are trying to do faster service, but I think place is too small to handle many requests at once
Personally my experience was good not great. Had to face a small hiccup with regard to a repair but the quickly rectified their mistake.
Gets the job done. But the repair process can be improved.
Horrible service. You can hand something over and expect never to hear from them again. Bunch of clueless people. Even if you call them every week repeatedly, you will get a vague answer about it not being ready (this is for a product under warranty ). Finally spoke to the outlet where i purchased the item from and asked them to handle it. It’s been three weeks for a kettle lid repair and still waiting.
