Great service. Visited there to buy to a refrigerator. Staffs were really good and they were able to provide the services according to the customer needs. They had all different models of refrigerators. Highly recommended.

Worst after sale service. Never recommend. We bought AC machines and signed annual service agreement for one year. Till we do payment, they took care so much, answerd phones, replied to email instantly and Now they never pick up phone. We tried land line, mobile and all. Not even one time they came to our premises. What a shameful company.
Bad after sales service by sinhagiri. Excellent service may be till buying goods. but you cant contact for months for your after sales services. i can show my telephone dialing list, normally i have taken 20-30 calls per day, but they answered rarely, but solutions are very delayed. never buy from singhagiri.
I visited here trusting Samsung brand to restore my display, even though the cost is higher. They said that they will inform the fault within 3 days. When I called them after, a woman picked up the phone and transferred to another person. No one picked up even after 30min time. Same thing happened again when I called them back. So I had to go there to get an update. Then they said they have to change my display and so they asked for my password.(do screen lock pin needed to replace display?). I given them trusting Samsung. Then after 2 days they asked me to come and get the phone in immediate pickup. But I had to wait there for about a hour to get my phone back. Even though they fixed my issue, still the back glass was falling off. So I returned it and they fixed it within about another 30min. Then when I checked my phone, they have seen my messages and other things. So beware of that they are not professionals. This is a really disgrace to Samsung brand.
Bought a note 8 in Dec 2017 which they said is covered by a 2yr warrenty.i believed them cz there was a sticker on the phone box that actually said its got 2yr warrenty.when asked them later to get warrenty verified they say its only 1yr.No amount of calls or emails were enough to get them serve justise to me..im gonna complain consumer affairs authority

Very poor after service. My Refrigerator was not cooling and I reported to service center. When I am calling every time say, we will send the technician today. After 4 days, I was not ready to trust their lies and I found someone from other place and fixed it.
Most worst service center in Sri Lanka. I advice do not buy anything from Singhagiri. They brought my refrigerator two weeks ago and still not done the repair. When asking about it they telling all the nonsense to cover their delay. They even can not tell a proper time to fix it. There is a gas leakage and they were not able to find the leak hole even after two weeks. They are badly unprofessional and do not responds mannerly. My advice is please keep away from this company and they will make you crazy.
