Got my Pixel 2 XL (which I've been using since 2017) screen replaced and it was the most convenient customer service I've had in a long time. Shafraz even called me back to inform me that the phone's back glass (which I knew needed to be replaced) stock would be incoming soon and that he would let me know as soon as they got in store. Very impressed with the craftsmanship of the replacement as my phone is working as good as new now like it did in 2017.
