They answer all your stupid questions with the most friendliest manner. I got my iPhone display replaced as it got smashed into bits. They fixed in in 40 minutes. Went there to replace the battery and display of iPhone 7. Really good customer service. Best thing is, they repair the phone in front us. So we could see what's going on. They are very professional and responsive to the customer. Total repair only took about half and hour. They even provide good information via the phone. Highly recommended.

Finally found a great service centre for apple products. Great service, changed the battery and it had a small fault while charging, no questions was asked immediately changed!! I needed a battery replacement on my Macbook Air. I needed someone to do the installation. I provided the spare battery. The technician was accomodating and friendly. He did not try to bargain with me in an aggressive or uncomfortable way. He was professional and friendly. I would rate 5 stars, but I think for that rating, I would like to have seen the technician at least clean out the most obvious dust build up in my machine. Just a quick swipe of the rag would have been nice, seeing that I do not have the tools to open the machine up myself. I think this sort of courtesy would be a good thing to adopt as a policy. If you open up the machine, a quick wipe down would be really nice. But, he performed the job I paid him for and for that I am grateful and satisified with the outcome.
