Usually get my printouts from here. But recently had a terrible experience where I wanted get a quotation. I had waited more than 2 weeks, not responding to the emails & calls. Very disappointed

Products and quality is good. But the girl at Customer Service is extremely rude and doesn't know how to speak to a customer properly. Very much disappointed.
