Their products are good. Been a continuous customer for almost 4 years now. But they could have improved the quality of their service a little bit more. A bit more of sensible customer service would have been great.

Worst service I ever experienced. Any one who looking to get water service please IGNORE this place. Please look at the quality of water bottles. Worst customer service, from the Sales manager to all the staff there to cover their fault & give excuses. If you think about your health please consider some other quality water suppliers....
I had bad experience with them. No on time delivery. Every time we have to give our details ( address, phone number & etc) They don’t have a data base. We have to keep call them to get water bottles. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Not recommended.
Very poor service gave the dispenser as the trip switch was going when we on the hot water switch. Never called back and informed it was ready. When i went to collect charged 800/ saying the unit was repair and it was serviced. But it was not even wiped. When i on the unit the same problem Is there.. Very bad service from technical and front office staff. When called to complain not even bothered to listen and says they repaired . Very very poor service and do not purchase there dispenser as service is 0.

Service in the office is very poor. Few months ago got a desktop water dispenser and soon the cold and hot taps both got loosen from the setting. It took multiple calls visits to get a speed water branded unit replaced. Initilly they wanted to repair although there is a six months warranty..
Dissapointed unclean bottles and late delivery serivce
poor delivery to main customers when calling so many excuses and finally no water is delivered as customer wants .This to improve the minds of staffs to international standard than sitting on Lankan way.Customer should be king always.
