Good cleaning. But their customer service is very poor. Owners of Sunshine Laundrette Rosemead Place, Empower your employees to serve the customers better. If they are unable to make simple decisions on your behalf, then you might as well get robots to do their job. This is not based on just one instance, but many. It's a pity that the Sunshine Laundrette on Elvitigala Road before they closed down; they had much better customer service.
We have been customers with your organization for a long time which we visit your Pelawatte outlet weekly.. Recently onwards when went to collect our clothes, the new staff request for change money or card payment as they have balanced the cash packet. On Sunday the shop is closing at 6pm but they balance the cash before 5pm for their convenience. I’m highly disappointed for the service given recently onwards. These type of service was never happened before. Appreciate your kind attention.

They did manage to destroy two of my raw silk dresses by not ironing inside out/by not holding the steamer for such delicate materials. The natural shine of the material was gone and burnt marks were also seen on the hems
It's a very welcome and necessary facility in a residential area of Colombo. It is a well patronised place. The staff is on there feet all the time and I believe knows each and every customer of there's quite personally. There workmanship is really good and of a good standard. However with increasing number of customers comming here I have personally noticed that the place gets a bit cramped out up times. Parking is a bit of a hassle too at rush hours and specially during school times. To sum it up a good place to get your laundry done in a location close to home.
Visited this place for laundry.. they are a bit expensive.. They take around 4 days to wash and press.. And on top of that they dont provide collection and delivery services.. The wash, press and folding was professional.. Of they improve on time and reduce their prices.. i think they could go far
