Very bad service, poor customer service,They have never answered any questions, The owner cheater, never answer and lost the parce, only 1 mobile number they have never answer, please guys dont put any parcels through these people, staffs are very rude even the owner very rude, not professional enough. They took my 80,000 RS worth parcel, I have all the proof and going to make a complaint to the police, I couldn't want to give even 1 star but system doesn't allow me to comment them without it.
Very bad service, i did not receive my parcel they stole my parcel, cheating the people by reviewing them selves in the google review section, Ak J and Sivam S are their people so they put fake reviews about TCN. And TCN Express themselves reviewed that they are good parcel service may be they forgot to notice their name on the ID. Such a cheaters, staffs are very rude no manners, they have only 1 mobile number, if you keep calling them, they will turn it off simply, so guys be aware of these people, dont trust them
Poor service, promised to deliver parcel in 5days and now its more than 2weeks still we didn't receive the parcel, when I called them and ask they scold me and cut the call.

We gave the parcal to this man, he promised 5 days but its more 3weeks now and we don't even know where the parcel. If I called to inquire about the parcel he spoke to me in filthy unresponsive manner. Please don't go to this parcel service. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PARCEL.
Worst worst worst Customer handling is very poor. They don’t know how to handle a customer and they didn’t provide proper details about parcel tracking even we ask for several times. Avoid these type of businesses.
