Friendly staff and well informed and educated technical staff helped me throughout the process. Not to mention the speedy response to the issue and got my laptop back within a day! They repaired all the faults in my laptop within 2 days and replaced its display panel. I recommend technology for any laptop related issues.

I gave my laptop for an issue of no power , but they said it was a motherboard issue and repaired the motherboard, but after 2 weeks issue came again, and at that time they said issue is on motherboard and the battery. they repaired the battery and charged for it , and the issue remains same still. I don't know whether they work on someone other's call, and try to convey that there is no fault from there end. They are good professional actors , as the security man at the door . I don't know whether 3rd party other than the customer said them to repair the laptop like that. Having a plan for the laptop. I think it would be better if your staff work with the customer other than having some 3rd party person for the issue, i don't know who sets this up, but as a company i think it is not good for your company.
