Incredible service as birthday planners!!! My guests were entertained and they all enjoyed the food. They gave attention and catered to the different age groups of my guests. The games were perfect for every guest from my youngest cousin of 5 to my oldest grand parent of 83. Great sound system and lighting. The staff went out of their way to accommodate every. On the day of our wedding, Yolande and her team did a great job at ensuring that the hall was ready and cleared in time for our florists to start decorating as it had been used for a separate wedding during the morning and the hotel staff were having a hard time clearing the hall in preparation for our wedding scheduled for that evening. Furthermore, Yolande was very pleasant and easy to work with and didn't make us feel pressurized in any way. I wish The Bottom Line the very best of luck for all its future events!
