They provide exceptional service. Even though their collection of brands are limited, they have an extensive range of perfumes, colognes and gift packs. Their pricing on most products are good. Due to some glitch on an online order, they offered me a gift voucher for rhe discount that was entitled to me. This was over a year ago, and I only found the vouchers recently (accidentally!). I reached out to their sales team via email, and Sophie who handles ir has been prompt and super helpful in giving me guidance on this, and giving the option to still utilize this vouchers by making an online coupon available. Even if I don't ever use it, this level of service is highly commendable. Kudos to the Parfumerie team!

surprised by the knowledge on perfume chemistry and client consulted suggestions of fragrance notes by the experienced friendly staff members at the MC branch. shout out to the sweet girl whose name i cant remember and the other friendly staff members who were so amiable and helpful. Thank you!
Worst service and no offers on the products, changing the staffs attitude might help or pay a bit extra and get better.

I had the worst experience ever at yr Arcade outlet. Perfume was bought on my Birthday by my husband in July on my birthday and i opened the bottle just week back cos i had a collection of perfumes aleady in use. When taking out from the bottle spraying knob came off and i carried it in bag to the shop to show the diffect. Perfume was leaking and the sales person including the soft logic staff witnessed the issue. Sales girl try to explain this to one of the managers over the phone and without even trying to figure things.. she gave the least attention to show any concern over the issue but just said since this bottle has been purchased in few months back there's nothing they could do. I had to send a picture of the bottle with broken cap and ask whether they could fix it for me cos bottle is not being used and was just leaking. Being a regular customer at your shop i am so very dissapointed on how this was handled. Softlogic staff was nice enough to ask me to leave the bottle to see whether they could get me some help. But week after i went there to find the bottle in a drawer and sales girls just gave it back saying they cant do anything. After paying 12000 Rs for a bottle of perfume any customer would expect a quality product and a more customer care from a esteem place as we walk in with a trust. Extremely dissapointed ! Worst customer care!
Genuine product n friendly staff
I Regularly buying perfumes from Perfumerie and had a bad experience few days ago cause of a less performing Ultra Male. But then a marketing manager called me and very pleasantly replaced my perfume bottle with a new one. Huge thumbs up for the customer service..
