Staffs are very friendly and professional. Good price offered to me. Mr Yoosuf Is very kind and we got some free gifts also! We went back again a week later, Nafan was treated us like VIP. Worth visiting if going to Sri Lanka. Prices were reasonable. Service and staff were great. Had a piece of jewelry made and it was delivered at the hotel at the time specified without any further charges incurred. Very polite and helpful, and no hard sale tactics.
