This company provides excellent service to its customers. The staff is very careful about the needs of the customers. Customers have the necessary facilities. My need was soon fulfilled.

After 5 years repayment of my premuim, I have submitted my hospitalization bill last November. Total bill was 650000 after 14 days of hospitalization, and they paid me Rs. 5000. Iam still thinking what is this amount and whether it is a joke. Don't recommend this company to any body.

Worst insurance company. My money is stuck till my insurance expires. Find another insurance company who is worth. Don’t trust what your agent says regarding policies. My agent was a cunning liar. He told i can claim my investment in case of an emergency in 3 years time. But now I have to wait 20years to claim the full investment otherwise a penalty more than 60% percent of the investment will be held by them. Don’t risk your money by investing with them.
I'm a British expat working for a company that uses this company for health insurance. Was told when I started we had health coverage, found out when I needed it, when my wife was diagnosed with cancer, how little it is worth. Treatment being paid for 100% by me, having submitted the receipts for what little they will cover they have after 2 months not bothered to come back with anything. Don't waste your time if your a company covering anyone or an expat looking for coverage this is simply not worth the risk.
