Worst bank ever I visited never open a account at Union bank no any responsibility of there ATM machines my card got stuck on a Saturday they informed me they will give the card on Monday don't ever use union ATMs your gonna be in a trouble with out money in your hand
WORST BANK IN THE COUNTRY!!! Mastering the art of INCONVENIENCE and zero credibility. With a management involvement they had forged my signature and authentication for a fraudulent illegitimate account functioning without my knowledge. Plus on top of that they made me visit the bank twice to get my signature to offer a new debit card for my new account. I was promised to get it in 3 days but even after a week I still don't have it. RUINED ALL MY PLANS, wasted all my time and money. WORST BANK!
Very disappointed ... Don't trust their online shopping offers. They are fake because they change the prices as they want after achieving their target profits. There was an credit card offer mentioning that the offer will be valid till 31st May, but they suddenly increased prices on 17th May. They really don't care about the customers who bought credit cards specially for this purpose. Shame on their customer service.

AS I have lost my National Id but having a passport they refused to open a account. Big loss to the bank.
Very Bad experience. Loan recovery Officer Leo Suriyapperuma & Sumali does not know how to address a customer. Very hash words. Though I do not have arrears in payments,they called me like a thief who robbed the bank.this is a system issue which is in the bank and they do not accept it.totally dissappointed.
