Really happy with their customer service and the products, I ordered Apple Magic Mouse 2 and it came really fast to my place. Really recommend them to others! I have one request: If you guys can let us to convert yeast payment option from your website like others it’s really easy for us to manage coz again we have to call and convert from the bank.

Received all of the products I ordered on the exact date they promised. Products were genuine and original. The staff were very friendly and kept me updated on the status of the order. Hope to shop with them again.
Do not buy anything from this place. Everything is absurdly priced. I just asked about this particular item from them and they said they can bring it down for me for a absurd price. Literally their quoted price is 50k (LKR) more than the other place that I wanted to buy it from but sold out right now. Their customer support is great tho. They reply very quick but that's understandable of course because they have to reply fast for their crazy prices. Unless they offer some sort of discount, I highly suggest everyone to look elsewhere or check amazon.com cause now they ship to Sri Lanka.
Bought a "Sennheiser HD 4.40 BT Headphones" last week and got it delivered in 7 days, which was sooner than what was promised on the website (10 days).... product is definitely the genuine article as promised. i also received wonderful customer service when i called to check the status of the product even the delivery guy was extremely courteous even though i asked him to deliver to my office in fort at the last moment despite giving a morotuwa address.... all in all i whole wholeheartedly recommend Urban.lk to anyone, Thank you again for the awesome service and will order again soon :)
The worst online platform ever. They informed me due to custom issue they have to take 10 or more days to deliver. I was waiting for the product so long and they informed me about the delay at last minute. I have never experienced such poor service from any platform in Srilanka.
