As we highly impressed at our first meeting with them they were actually the they are. In the depth of the meaning they always keep the promises and do the scope of the entire work maintaining the good quality and always the professionalism. I began my constructing very recently and still moving ,they are always showing their experience and good handling filled with good team work .I take the opportunity to declare my Thank and gratitude to Vajira house Builders and and special thank to Mr Tyrone in helping us in all the possible ways by convincing us about this Vajira House construction company

Good and Excellent Housing Construction Company, The Vajira House Builders (Pvt) Ltd have constructed my house at Wattala with reasonable cost and reasonable time period. All the Construction works have been done as per agreed Contract and Scope of Works basis. All the Staffs are very good, knowledge, and respectful personnel’s and anytime it is easy to contact with them with regards to My Housing work during the Construction stages. I would like to appreciate for the amazing Work done by Vajira Team on my Housing Project Construction.
As a suggestion i think the designs of houses should be updated with modern trends.
Poor communication.. not effective communication. I phoned you after I see your house planning and designing. you told me to find the designings via fb. You have not suitable designings for the community of lower middle or upper middle class. You was not able to give me a good first impression be half of the company. Please correct your mistake.
I am a satisfied customer because I have given 5 stars. I am Sapumal Wijewardhana and my wife Priyanka Shyamalee. Now, we are working in South korea. We have ongoing project in Sithum Uyana, Maha Mastiya, Wadduwa, Sri Lanka. I wanted to build my dream house without coming to Sri Lanka. Therefore, I entrusted to build our house to Vajira House Builders (Pvt) Ltd under the supervision of Marketing Manager Mr. Tyrone. This is an ongoing project by today without our any participation. Specially, I should say thank Marketing manager Mr. Tyrone who response my phone calls anytime and he get great support for me. otherwise, the operational team send images and videos every steps of our house. I feel happy to met Mr., Tyrone and Vajira House Builders (Pvt) Ltd. Because I have a trust, my house will be built in right manner in 100%. You also contact Mr. Tyrone in Vajira House Builders (Pvt) Ltd to make it real your dream house. Thank you.
I left my one star mainly due to lack of response Im getting from the marketeer. As instructed in Vajira House builders' reply to my one star - which came quick, I have contacted their office to obtain an update on my ongoing project . The receptionist/Secretary took my number and promised to get a responsible person to call back. Its been 24hrs and guess what, NO CALL BACK.
2nd stage started by mid July. 1st Stage completed by end June. 2 months passed the initial 25% of the house construction value down payment made .. no work has started yet. Im giving them 1 star for poor communication and lack of integrity - 27 May 2019 Initial chat was done with VH on the 17th March 19. Then VH engineer visited and surveyed the land on the 19th. Today the 26th of March we're signing the paperwork. I've updated an image of the proposed house pic.
They are crooks and played us out. Please don't fall for their lies. They are the worst construction company in Sri Lanka
