I also went Vindy Trading to choose an electric bike 1 or 2 years ago. They provided an extremely friendly service. Unfortunately there was no small one which suitable for me. However, if someone wish to buy an electric bike this is the best place you should choose.

I am a proud owner of an Alfa Cruiser since July 2018. This is my second electric scooter and the 1st was purchased from another company. As we know all electronic components can fail at any time. It can be within two months from the date of purchase or within two years. What we need to consider is to make the right choice while selecting the company that handles local services, so that they are always supportive and capable of doing the right thing to fix the issues. My e scooter motor controller failed within 3 months and Vindy didn't have ex stock at that time however, they were able to get down the parts within 4 days and complete the service in 5 days. I don't think anyone in this business is capable of providing a service similar to this. Vindy also has the latest technology like Bluetooth configurable motor controllers, lithium ion batteries, belt driven motors etc. I hope Vindy will keep up their great work and improve the quality of the products to overcome the issues and provide a better service to all the customers. Wish Vindy all the best and a great future in the e-bike industry.
