In Sri lanka Call center service is very unprofessional.I have made call to Virtusa (Pvt) Ltd on 22.05.2020 at 14.45HR in Sri Lankan time .How ever the person answer the phone does not know how to greet or answer the call he answer the call in slang language.and completely ignore my request for the information and hand up the phone. As a customer i will never recommend Virtusa (Pvt) Ltd Sri lanka as a genuine to go for anytime of service they they offer .
