In terms of my experience I straighten my hair and I would not recommend this place(VLCC Colombo branch) to a friend because they do not do proper job. They damaged my hair and straighten is not good.

Had a hair trim yesterday but didn't do it up to the standard. I wanted my hair ends to be at the same level whereas it is not now :( cant remember the name of the girl who did mine but very disappointed and even the waxing wasn't done properly

They've used expired products for a facial for me and my mom at their Colombo branch. The manager lady was very rude and doesn't know anything about customer care. I must say, the Nugegoda branch was really good though. Anyway you all must be very careful if you are going to this place.
