I’ve been a customer of this place since 1996, I still remember I went to an outlet in Townhall back then to get some equipment for my mother. On 29th I bought a wheelchair for my mother-in-law who fell and broke the leg. I was informed by my father-in-low that the air is leaking from the tyre 2 days later and day after I informed them and walk -rite asked to bring it. I could only do so few days alter due to long weekend and my other commitment. We also bought a walker on 6th and during that day also We informed regarding this. We took the wheelchair for inspection and two days later Thaaru called it’s ready for collection. When I collected it they were gaming to charge me saying it costs something for repairs of the fault . I said I bought it with the same fault and they should rectify FOC. They were trying to charge me saying only frame of the wheelchair carries warranty. After bit of a argument , they had no option but to let it go free But the ungrateful Walk-rite even refused to carry it to the vehicle as place it in the boot. Shameful walk-rite. Be careful when you buy form them . I have spent at least 50,000.00 at this place but different stuff for donations and for my mother-in-Low’s equipment. It a shame how they treat the customers.

Rude customer service. They do not even know about the changes in the stocks they have. You rather go buy items from royal nursing home, Ward Place. Pleasant service also. I regret buying from walkrite.

I used to made one rubber pad with a rubber bad which I have been adviced to wear for calosity. Im in US and when ever I visit Sri Lanka I always visit to walk right for these pads. I started to make the in 2012 for rupees 250/- each gradually it has gone up for 900/-. Normally I use one for like 6 month. As usual this time also I made 5pads for Rs 4500/- and collected it last week. As soon as I saw the I was really disappointed. Even though the price is gone up quality of the product is so poor. Glue around the pad already gone and surely I unable to use to even a month. I don't have much time waste with talking to them bec I came a limited time for my medical treatments. Pl don't make your customer s disappointed I have recommended you for so many patients who were looking for this products. Pl advice your production people about this and keep their quality for the price we pay..

Horrible manager. He shouts at the workers and is very rude towards the old and disabled customers that come to the shop. I will never buy anything from there again!

Maradana Branch: very unplesent service at Maradana branch, Dean's road. Unfriendly sale. It is like that they are not doing a 'business'. We have to beg them to buy an item.
