Highly not recommended. Even the owners are muslim, both staff and owners don't know how to satisfy their customers. Customer service is very poor and their selling product quality also bad. My experience is They sold me expired or defective branded Farlin cort sheet. Used only 2 weeks and got seriously damaged. Finally I contacted Farlin local agent and got replaced by local agent.

I have two points 1. We were given 5000/- worth gift vouchers by our friend as a gift for our second baby. When we went to redeem it (within 2 days) the sales guy said vouchers were sold under a discount hence the gift vouchers actually worth only 3750/- . It is totally ridiculous giving discount for gift vouchers in first place and then it doesn't even say that the actual price is lower than what is printed on the voucher itself (doesn't even mention about a promotion or when the promotion ends so that discount no longer valid) 2. We bought a genuine nurser silicone bottle and when i assemble it, it doesn't even remotely look like what is said on the cover. What we actually have bought is a silicon shrinkable feeding bottle. VERY careless of the staff. I have uploaded a picture. I don't know for what we have paid for.
Bad service coupled with very high prices even for not so famous brands. We really had no clue as it's the first time for us being parents, the sales girl was absolutely useless plus morose. Wouldn't want to visit again
